INTRODUCTION
Companies which had sponsored workers for SEC (K) skills test at source countries, Employers of workers who had passed the SEC(K) skills tests at source countries or Employment Agents, representing the employers, can login using CorpPass to register Identity Verification for workers who had passed the SEC(K) skills tests at source countries.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION FOR IN-PRINCIPLE APPROVAL FOR WORK PERMIT LETTER ENDORSEMENT

We are pleased to announce that effective 1 June 2025, Identity Verification service for In-principle Approval (IPA) Work Permit Letter endorsements will be available on a walk-in basis, no prior booking and payment through the Overseas Testing Management System (OTMS) will be required.
Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30 am to 11:30 am
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and the following dates in the next three months:
• 7 June 2025
• 1 August 2025
• 9 August 2025
Service Location:

Essential Requirements:
1. All workers must be accompanied by their employer or a company representative who is proficient in English
2. The worker must be present in person to complete the verification process
Required Documentation:
1. Worker's original passport
2. Worker’s original copy of IPA (Page 1)
Endorsement Process and Certificate Issuance
The identity verification process will be completed with an endorsement stamp on the original IPA, and workers are required to perform the following steps to receive their certificates:
1. Scan the FormSG QR Code using Singpass displayed at verification counter
2. Submit required information:
• Worker's test details
• Worker's contact information
• Employer's contact details
If workers do not have Singpass during verification, they can submit their request later. All certificates will be emailed to them and their employer within two weeks after we receive the completed FormSG.
For Existing Appointment Holders:
If you wish to reschedule your appointment to 1 June 2025 or later, you may utilize our walk-in service on any preferred operating day. Please note that existing application fees are non-refundable.
Important Notice:
1. BCA reserves the right to withhold Identity Verification services for any employer who fails to meet compliance requirements.
2. Prior to your visit, please check our counter operating hours via our website, as counters may be temporarily closed for special events or maintenance.
3. In the event of a misplaced or lost stamped In-Principle Approval (IPA), workers will be required to complete a new verification process. No exceptions will be granted.
4. Issuance of physical copies of endorsement letters and certificates are no longer available at our counter
